Honey Mustard
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Cooking Instructions:
- Whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and, if desired, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
- Cover and chill up to 4 days.
- Serve over mixed salad greens with your favorite toppings.
